हरियाली तीज त्यौहार :-

 यह प्रमुख रुप से उत्तर भारत में मनाया जाता है| पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश में इसे कजली तीज के रूप में मनाते हैं|
आस्था, सौंदर्य और प्रेम का यह उत्सव भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती के पुनर्मिलन के उपलक्ष्य में मनाया जाता है|
इस मौके पर किसानो का खुशियां का त्यौहार होता है।
 भगवान शिव ने पार्वती जी से कहा कि इस व्रत को जो भी स्त्री पूर्ण श्रद्धा से करेंगी उसे तुम्हारी तरह अचल सुहाग की प्राप्ति होगी।

सावन महीने के शुक्ल पक्ष की तृतीया को कज्जली तीज या हरियाली तीज मनाई जाती है। यह त्यौहार जुलाई एव अगस्त के महीने में मनाई  जाती है।
 हरियाली तीज के दिन महिलाएं सुबह घर के काम और स्नान करने के बाद सोलह श्रृंगार करके निर्जला व्रत रखती हैं। इसके बाद मां पार्वती और भगवान शिव की पूजा होती है।
हरियाली तीज के दिन अनेक स्थानों पर मेले लगते हैं और माता पार्वती की सवारी बड़े धूमधाम से निकाली जाती है।

Hariyali Teej festival: -

 It is mainly celebrated in North India.  In eastern Uttar Pradesh, it is celebrated as Kajali Teej.

 This festival of faith, beauty and love is celebrated to commemorate the reunion of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.

 On this occasion, there is a festival of happiness of farmers.

 Lord Shiva told Parvati ji that any woman who performs this fast with full devotion, will get a real happiness like you.

 Kajjali Teej or Hariyali Teej is celebrated on the Tritiya of Shukla Paksha of the month of Savan.  This festival is celebrated in the month of July and August.

 On the day of Hariyali Teej, after doing household chores and bathing in the morning, women do sixteen adornments and keep Nirjala fast.  This is followed by the worship of Maa Parvati and Lord Shiva.

 Fairs are held at many places on the day of Hariyali Teej and the ride of Mata Parvati is taken out with great pomp.
