लाल गूंजा, इसका फेमिली नाम लेग्यूमिनोसि ,( leguminoseae) ,गूंजा ,रत्ती ,है।इसमे anyone,serine,valine,trigonelline and precatorine तत्व पाये जाते है।यह बहुवर्षिय लता है,जो जगलो में झाड़ियो के उपर लिपटी हुई देखी जा सकती है। इसकी पत्तियां इमली के पत्ते के समान संयुक्त होती हैं।शाखाओ पर गुलाबी रंग के फूल गुछो में लगे होते है, फल्लियां गुछो में लगी होती है,फल पकने पर फल्लियां पक कर फट जाती है।तथा फ़ल्लिया के शीरे पर लाल रंग के कठोर चमकीले सुंदर बीज दिखाई देते है।संग्रहड़ काल फरवरी-अप्रैल के महीने में फल ना सुरु होता है,सीतकाल के बाद इसके फल पककर तैयार हो जाते है।तथा फल्लियां फटने लगती है।

उपयोग

इसका उपयोग भाग बीज है ,लाल गूंजा के बीज का उपयोग कफ ,चर्म रोग, वातरोग,कुष्ट, ज्वर आदि रोगों की औषधियो में उपयोग किया जाता है।

 Red Gunja, its family name is Leguminoseae, (leguminoseae), Gunja, Ratti. It contains elements of anyone, serine, valine, trigonelline and precatorine. It is a multivariate, which can be seen wrapped around the shrubs in the world.  .  Its leaves are united like tamarind leaves. On the branches are pink colored flowers, the pods are covered in tufts, the pods are ripe by ripening the fruit, and the hard shiny red color on the molasses of the fallia.  Beautiful seeds are seen. The fruit does not start in the month of February-April in Sangrah period, its fruits are ready by ripening after the lead period, and the pods start bursting.

ts use is part seed, the use of red gunja seeds is used in medicines for diseases like phlegm, skin diseases, gout, leprosy, fever etc.
